Tinsel as a Gift

Well i drew this for Happy B-day (even though this is subitted early >..< )

It was more of joke when i did that to a friend a few years back when i pulled some tinsel out of my pocket and handed it to him
i thought it would be funnier since i drew it with Cara Kitten, since most cats go crazy with tinsel... Just dont let them eat it >..>
